Sounding Our Return Home

In this deeply immersive and participatory experience, we play with sound, breath, and the beating of our hearts.

Using ceramic globular flutes hand-tuned to frequencies that resonate through the body, we will blow into the flutes — and into each other — creating a living cocoon of sound. One by one, each person takes a turn lying down to receive the circle’s collective vibration, held by the group until only a single flute remains. From there, voice and tone carry us home.

No musical experience needed. Only your breath, your body, and your willingness to be moved. We close with journaling and shared reflection on our sonic journey.
