
Jill Pettijohn
Jill is a renowned chef with over 25 years of experience in the culinary and healthcare fields. She owned and operated a vegan, organic café in Brooklyn, where she introduced raw and living foods to the community. As a consultant, Jill developed a raw food menu for the Parrot Cay Resort spa and created a cleansing program for the Mandarin Hotel in New York City. She has also participated in the Urban Zen Nutritional Forum, founded by Donna Karan. As a professional chef, Jill has worked as a consultant for restaurants, spas, juice bars, and private clients around the world. She believes that food is medicine and is passionate about sharing her knowledge and experience to guide individuals and groups toward healthier lifestyles.
